In short

isiphoneduoready.com is an independent site run by one developer. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own. We don’t sell or share data. This page says what does pass through the site, and why.

When you browse

  • Cloudflare hosts the site. To serve and protect pages it processes your IP address and browser details, and keeps short-lived request logs. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
  • The site’s font and code come from this site. Nothing loads from Google.
  • Your browser keeps copies of pages you’ve opened, so they work offline. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them.

When you search, or open a Not ready app

  • Searches for apps we don’t track yet, and the App Store screenshots on Not ready app pages, come straight from Apple: your browser asks Apple’s App Store, so Apple sees your IP address and what you searched for. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  • We then record only the App Store IDs of the apps found that way, with a count and dates, so the daily check can add them. If you open one, our server reads that app’s public App Store page and adds the app. Not your search, and nothing about you.

When you send a report

  • Your screenshot never leaves your device. Your browser sends a tiny grayscale copy, which we check and then discard.
  • We store the app and version, your answer, what our check read from your screenshot, a fingerprint of the screenshot (so the same image can’t be used twice) and the time.
  • To count different people and limit reports to 20 a day, we store a scrambled code made from your IP address with a secret key. It can’t be turned back into your address, and the address itself isn’t stored.
  • App pages show reports only as counts, such as “2 iPhone Duo owners sent screenshots”.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks you’re a person before a report is accepted. It processes your IP address and browser details. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Reports are kept while the app is listed, as part of its evidence.

Ko-fi

The Support me button loads from Ko-fi, which sees your IP address and browser details. If you send a tip, Ko-fi and its payment providers handle it; we never see your payment details. See Ko-fi’s Privacy Policy.

Why, and your choices

  • We use this data only to run the site, keep the answers honest and stop spam.
  • You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at hello@isiphoneduoready.com. Because reports are stored under a scrambled code, tell us the app and roughly when you reported.
  • The site isn’t meant for children under 13.
  • If this page changes, its date at the top changes too.
